Sr. Technical Delivery Manager (Delmer2024105)

Overseeing tech refresh and migration of applications, ensuring the seamless transition of data, applications, and infrastructure. Requires a cross-functional thinker with strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a proven track record in successful migration executions.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for facilitating the evaluation of requirements associated with DC Exit or LCM activities, and scheduling execution events.
• Accountable for managing application team progress against the agreed upon schedule.
• Ensure application team achieve critical milestones (requirements, migration type, migrate dates) Track the progression of the application migration/ upgrade.
• Raise and help escalate impediments.
• Track order placements.
• Collaborate with technical teams to implement defined migration strategies tailored to specific application requirements.
• Effectively communicate status, risks, and milestones to stakeholders, including executive leadership and application teams.
• Manage expectations and provide regular updates on progress, ensuring transparency and alignment with project goals.
• Identify potential impediments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on migration projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in migration tools and methodologies.
• Experience in project management, with a focus on data and infrastructure migrations
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure, cloud technologies, and virtualization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in collaborating cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.
