Key Responsibilities
Day to day operational activities/tasks
- Assist with LUN creation
- Assist with Zoning / Masking
- Creating and allocating storage in a VM environment
- Assist with load balancing
- Provide guidance for optimization/placement of workloads across the customer environment
- General VMware infrastructure management knowledge
- How to do permissions , standard VM management, licensing, and vSphere networking
- Share best methodologies throughout the residency assignment
- Resident is expected to be self-directed, & able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction
