Overview:
We are seeking a talented Technical Recruiter to join our team at [Company Name], a leading IT Infrastructure firm. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier technical talent to support our company’s growth and success. Your primary focus will be on sourcing, screening, and assessing candidates for various technical positions within our organization, particularly roles related to IT infrastructure and related technologies.
Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:
- Employ innovative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive and active candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific forums.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles needed for IT infrastructure roles.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to meet current and future hiring needs.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of potential candidates to ensure alignment with technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and conduct technical interviews, either independently or in collaboration with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical competencies, problem-solving abilities, and overall suitability for specific IT infrastructure positions.
Relationship Management and Collaboration:
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR teams, and department heads, to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, offering expertise on market trends, candidate availability, and best practices in technical recruiting.
Candidate Experience and Process Improvement:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, maintaining clear communication and transparency.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and enhancement of recruitment strategies, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within the IT infrastructure or technology sector.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in relevant field.
